Gigglori is the customer-facing marketplace brand. The legal business name configured for store documents is Gigglori, United Arab Emirates.

Website use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, tracking an order or contacting support.

Products and availability

Gigglori aims to present product information, images, prices and availability accurately. Availability can change before fulfilment and obvious listing or pricing errors may be corrected.

Orders

Submitting an order creates a purchase request with Gigglori. Fulfilment can depend on payment confirmation, stock availability, address verification and reasonable fraud/risk checks. Gigglori coordinates the services needed to prepare and deliver an approved order.

Gigglori fulfilment

The customer purchase is a Gigglori order. Gigglori coordinates fulfilment and delivery through approved services where required and remains the customer point of contact for order support.

Payments

Gigglori currently offers prepaid online checkout only. Use only the card, wallet or other online methods actually displayed at checkout. Operational fulfilment and delivery costs are managed by Gigglori and are not a separate customer payment unless clearly shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

A cancellation request is not guaranteed once order preparation or shipping has started. Paid-order refunds are not issued merely because a cancellation request was submitted; eligibility and the customer payment refund must be confirmed. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Delivery and returns

Delivery, return and refund handling follows the Shipping, Returns and Cancellation sections, together with any mandatory rights that apply to the transaction.
